Mister Cup is an alien first seen in episode 7 of Bee and Puppycat: Lazy in Space.
History[]
Mister Cup is first seen when Bee and Puppycat warp to his planet in an attempt to get home after Bee's motorbike breaks down. Although he did not hire them, he makes them into an impromptu road crew to prepare for a race with multiple versions of himself at different points in his life. These past versions consist of himself as:
- A baby
- A young lover
- A rebellious cheater
Appearance[]
Mister Cup is a bird-like alien with orange feathers, an orange beak, a pink tongue, and two pink bug-like antennas on his head. His body type is on the heavier side with him having a pronounced belly. He sports what appears to be an unzipped, black leather jacket and large rounded glasses. His jacket has a logo on the right side of his chest that reads “Mr. Cup” with a picture of an orange cup and two more white cups stitched onto the back of the jacket. He does not wear any other articles of clothing apart from his jacket and glasses.
His past selves (portrayed as ghosts similar to those appearing within time trials in various racing video games) wear slight variations of his clothing such as square glasses, a jacket with a more pronounced collar, a pink bow tie, and a diaper for the baby version of himself.
The rebellious cheater version of Mister Cup is shown as having a rainbow glow throughout most of the episode, designating him as having the fastest time on the racing planet. The present version of Mister Cup would ultimately inherit this rainbow appearance upon besting his time with Bee and PuppyCat’s help.
Personality[]
As an old man, Mister Cup is kind, easy-going, and a bit careless at times. He finds it quite embarrassing that a past version of himself won the race by cheating and expresses a desire to beat his past self by playing fairly. However, during the race with his past selves, he stopped several times to eat cake and take a nap despite his younger counterparts moving ahead of him in the race.
